    Absolutely, We can pre-install your greeting so you dont have to do anything when you receive the phone. After you place your order, you will receive an automated email or text message, you and your partner can record any greeting on your own smart phone and simply email it to us and you're done. We will be sure to send your phone fully charged and with your custom greeting fully set-up, simply take it out of the box and place it on a table and your done!
  • How do I record and send my custom greeting?
    Simply use your iPhone and look for the app called "voice memos" we recommend you record in a quiet room with your partner, after you complete the recording, send us your audio file, after we receive, we will add a ring to the beginning, so your guest will hear a traditional ring followed my your greeting. You will receive your phone fully ready to use with your greeting programed. After you make your purchase, we will send you a link with examples to give you some ideas before sending us your greeting. .

    We get it; we know everyone is on a budget these days, and some people are willing to forgo a few extra features. If you are OK with not getting our cute vintage player and are okay with using our great default greeting by Amy, which thoroughly explains to your guest how to leave a message when they pick up the phone. To clarify, the cute vintage player is not required; with any service, you can still simply remove the TF Micro card out from the phone and then insert it into an adapter or directly into some computers.   • Is there a limit on the amount of audio we can record?
    There is not, unless you have a 3 day line waiting to leave a message. Your phone has a ton of storage and unlike others, we use a high-quality wave format for recording.
  • When do I receive my messages?
    This is what makes us the best, our phone includes a TF card that you keep, simply remove it from the phone after your event and place it in the free vintage message player we include (You keep forever) and you're ready to listen. We focus on privacy, so you are the only one that has access to your messages. It's also not a bad idea to copy the TF card to your computer as a emergency back up.
  • How will my guest know what to do?
    We now include a picture frame & sign with your, make sure you sign up to the loyalty program to get this included free with your rental. It will be included in your pick-up or shipment.
  • Do you have a customer support phone number I can call or text at anytime?
    Absolutely, We provide a phone number on our home page and once you join our free loyalty program, you will receive a direct VIP client phone number and can use for easy direct texting with us! We will communicate updates, reminders and shipping/tracking updates via text messages for a modern communication method.
  • How do I get a free table sign included with my rental so guests know what to do?

  • When and How do I return the phone?
    A return shipping label will be included. You will use the same box we shipped it in, Simply cover the old shipping label with our new return label and drop off at UPS within 3 days after your event date. Doesn't get any easier than that!
  • What is the Vintage Message Player For?
    Its the cutest keepsake and way to hear your messages, bring on your honeymoon, it can easily travel with you and runs on a built-in rechargeable battery. After you rent our Audioguest book simply remove the microSD card, and insert into the vintage message player that you can enjoy hearing your messages from a cool device. Of course, you can still download all of the messages from the micro SD card to your computer for permanent safekeeping.
  • When will I receive my Audio Guestbook?
    Your Audio Guestbook is scheduled to arrive atleast 3-6 days before your event and includes a free return label for easy returning. The phone will be fully charged, and if you requested a custom greeting, it will be pre-programmed. Simply remove the phone from the box place on the table with the free sign and remove the safety tape and PHONE will be ready to use. You will even be able to pick it up and listen to your custom greeting and you could hang up before the beep. Now it's completely ready for your first guest :)
  • Do I have to send it back the day after my event?
    Absolutely not, we want this to be convenient and relaxing, that's why we will send it to you 2 days before, and you can return within 5 days. We know you won't need it that long, but we will give you extra time if something arises. Include an easy free return label.
  • Does it need wall power or a phone line during event?
    No phone line is needed, and it has a built-in rechargeable battery that lasts for your entire event and then some; it has built-in removable TF card memory and autosaves and creates high-quality wave audio files. After the event, you simply remove the TF card and have instant access to all your messages, simply pop it into your included and free vintage message player that you keep!
  • Where should I put the Audio Guest Book for my event?
    We recommend it on a welcome table or seating chart table; remember it's battery-operated, so you can move it whenever you want.
